As some of you may know, Wokingham Borough Council have plans to build 3500 new homes at Arborfield Garrison, using the land that the MOD plans to vacate in their move to Wales, as well as green space around the existing garrison.
While we can’t prevent the houses being built here (that decision has already been taken by the Council) we can have an input into where and how they are built. So, please visit our website, Arborfield Garrison Residents Action Group and find out how to register your protest. But please hurry – all letters must be received by Wokingham Borough Council be no later than 17.00 on Tuesday, 23 March – that’s in two days. If you can’t get it there by post or by hand-delivering it, there is an email address to write to: spd@wokingham.gov.uk
